Boo Hoo, Still Don't Have A Camera!

I had an amazing Girls Night Out Wine Night on Thursday, but I had no camera, so as far as I'm concerned it never took place! Luckily, I borrowed my "boyfriend's" camera and have some stuff for this entry. I will be buying one soon. Speaking of "boyfriend", a month and a half and we're still enjoying each other! What a trip.

Which leads me to "The Secret". I think it works. Financially, I haven't reaped the benefits YET, but like I said, I do have a man in my life. And not just any man, a really, really great, nice guy. Thank you G-d! And speaking of The Secret, check out Christine wearing my t-shirts that I'm selling at The Boulevard, "Ask, Believe, Receive". I'm going to begin to market them on my website, www.Sarasspot.com. Elaine, Christine's stepmother, is wearing Emily's creation, "1/2 + 7". But if you want to know what that is, you need to email me, or post a comment.

I'm also throwing in some photos of Belmont, NC. I had a coffee there today with a nice gentleman I met in Noda on Friday at Gallery Crawl. Sitting outside the coffee shop, which is called Caravan, are Austin, Chris and Bob, and Bob's doggie, but I forgot to get his name.

To all my readers (Mom and Emily), please spread the message of love and peace in your every day conduct. I will try and do the same.

My Camera Broke!!!!

I have been devastated... My camera broke and it hasn't felt right to blog without fresh photos. The attached photo is old, but I had to put up some kind of image. The good news is that the camera is in the shop for a repair estimate, and the second good news is that I'm still seeing the guy that Emily introduced me to and he has an AWESOME digital SLR camera, which I have borrowed. I just need to figure out how to upload the photos. Hmmm. Maybe I should read the instructions.

Work is slow but I'm making progress. I've had some good meetings and I also got a certification that I was waiting for so now I can ramp up even more (is it "ramp up", or "amp up?". Emily?).

Summer has definitely hit the Carolinas and, wouldn't you know it, we're having a big old drought. I think I just killed my little rose bush by ignoring it. I need to go water it. The bugs seem to still be hibernating also, waiting for the humidity and rain before they blossom into all their ugly glory. My goal this year is to get some color on my legs, so I apologize in advance. I swore I would never be one of those older women with the saggy knees revealing all that flesh to the youth of America and grossing them out, but hey! I've got to get some color and I really don't give a flying whatever what others think. I just don't care any more!

Obviously, I'm just trying to waste blog air space. I really have nothing to say! Have a wonderful summer.

To all my readers (Mom and Emily), please spread the message of love and peace in your every day conduct. I will try and do the same.
