Barack Obama Rally!

I went to a Barack Obama rally last night! Mr. O was speaking in Rock Hill, South Carolina which is only about 25 miles south of Charlotte. He was at a high school auditorium and I just knew that this was probably my one and only chance to get up close to him before he begins to blow up in popularity. There were about 2,100 of us at the rally and it was a very diverse mix of people. The love was there, that’s for sure. He touched on every subject that I wanted to hear about but I’m not sure he got my vote yet. He was a good speaker but not as charismatic as he had been the first time I heard him at the Democratic Convention 3 years ago. I like the fact that he’s very firm in his beliefs and he’s not a pushover on any level. We shall see what happens!
